Dave is a visionary entrepreneur at the forefront of the global energy transition and digital infrastructure revolution. He founded Amp Energy in 2009, transforming it into a multinational business spanning North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Under his leadership, Amp deployed more than $6 billion into 14 GW of clean energy projects, establishing itself as one of the world’s leading independent power developers. Building on that success, Dave launched Amp Z in 2023, to pioneer the next generation of power-first data center platforms designed for the AI era. With a unique ability to unite infrastructure scale, deep energy expertise, and cutting-edge AI demand, Dave is positioning Amp Z to redefine how power and compute are delivered.

Before Amp Z, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Skillsoft — a publicly traded enterprise learning company with over $500M in annual revenue — where he led the global finance function and legal operations

Ryan brings more than 25 years of experience across private equity, infrastructure, and impact investing. Prior to joining Amp Z, he spent nearly a decade with Zoma Capital, where he led investments aligned with energy, water, workforce, and community development goals.
