Dave Rogers

Chairman

Dave is the Founder and CEO of Amp Energy, a multi-billion-dollar global energy transition platform which delivers renewables, battery storage, advanced fuels and green AI data centers at scale. Since founding Amp in 2009, Dave has led the company from a startup to an energy powerhouse, with over $4 billion of capital deployed and more than 14 GW of renewables built globally.

James Hession

Chief Infrastructure Officer

James is responsible for all infrastructure, including construction, engineering, land acquisition, and utility strategies. A seasoned technologist with 20+ years of large scale, global data center experience, including a decade at Google where he was responsible for building data centers allover the world, deploying tens of billions of dollars.

Rene Usher

Chief Financial Officer

Rene brings more than 20 years of experience in venture capital and investment banking. She co-founded Dragonfly Capital, an investment banking firm which primarily focuses on Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, and Tech-Enabled Services.

Gavin Jasper

EVP, Head of Development

Gavin oversees the acquisition and development of powered land for our data centers. This includes managing land development, utilities, and fiber infrastructure. In addition to leading the development team, Gavin also manages government relations, community engagement, and partnerships with land entities, such as greenhouses and behind-the-meter natural gas generation projects.

Naeem Walji

Chief Operating Officer

Naeem is responsible for advancing Amp Z’s strategic relationship and for generating organic growth opportunities. He brings extensive experience in transforming engineering ideas into successful innovations and has built deep relationships throughout the AI sector through his various successful companies that he has built over the years.

Thomas Manzella

EVP, Head of Business Development

Thomas is responsible for overseeing and directing Amp Z’s sales strategy across all markets, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion. He brings over 30 years of executive experience in driving sales for innovative technology companies and leads all primary relationships with our OEMs and partners.

Tricia Arneson

VP, Business Operations

Tricia is responsible for driving rapid growth within Amp Z’s internal operational efficiency and organizational excellence. She brings over 15 years of experience, leading multiple cross-functional strategic initiatives and process development aligned to the company business objectives.
