Scott is a proven revenue leader with more than 25 years of experience building deep customer relationships and driving growth in the data center industry. Before joining Amp Z, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Cumulus Data, where he led the landmark $650 million sale of a 960 MW nuclear-powered campus to AWS, powered directly by Talen Energy’s Susquehanna Nuclear Power Plant. He previously held senior leadership roles at CyrusOne, where he helped shape the hyperscale sales team ahead of its 2013 IPO and eventual $15 billion take-private in 2022.
At Amp Z, Scott is responsible for revenue generation, sales, and marketing. He leads executive-level relationships with hyperscalers, large turnkey operators, neo-cloud providers, and enterprise clients. Scott plays a central role in customer acquisition and strategic partnerships, overseeing contracts that span leases, joint ventures, and long-term agreements — ensuring Amp Z captures and scales opportunity at the intersection of power and AI.
Russell Shriver brings more than 25 years of experience developing, managing, and marketing award-winning digital infrastructure assets and services. Before joining Amp Z, he was Chief Commercial Officer at Vantage, where he built and led teams that delivered multiple gigawatts of data center capacity. He has also held senior leadership roles at Digital Realty, CenturyLink, Level 3, and XO Communications.
At Amp Z, Russell leads the full development cycle — from market strategy and site acquisition through diligence, preparation, and construction. He drives cross-functional coordination to ensure that every project is delivered on scope, schedule, and budget, enabling Amp Z to scale mission-critical data center capacity for its customers.
Ryan brings more than 25 years of experience across private equity, infrastructure, and impact investing. Prior to joining Amp Z, he spent nearly a decade with Zoma Capital, where he led investments aligned with energy, water, workforce, and community development goals. He previously held senior roles at Credit Suisse and GCM Grosvenor, where he was a key member of the Customized Fund Investment Group.
At Amp Z, Ryan is responsible for strategic planning and growth initiatives across digital infrastructure, connectivity, and power. He leads partnership development — including structuring joint ventures across Amp Z’s verticals — and oversees capital formation to support the company’s expansion at the intersection of energy and AI.
Lorin Dorco brings two decades of experience designing, building, and operating large-scale telecom networks across the globe.
He has delivered long-haul, metro, and subsea fiber projects for leading carriers, hyperscalers, government agencies, and financial institutions. Lorin previously served as Chief Technology Officer of a precursor to Crown Castle and later as founder and Chief Technology Officer of a network provider serving hyperscalers and carriers, where he built diverse, high-capacity fiber solutions. At Amp Z, Lorin leads the design, deployment, and management of the company’s connectivity infrastructure. He oversees long-haul, metro, and campus fiber networks that form the backbone of Amp Z’s digital and AI-powered solutions, ensuring customers benefit from resilient, scalable, and secure connectivity.
